I want to play horror games >:D but my laptop won't download anything, even if it could, I would end up getting in trouble with my sucky laptop anyway.. DX What are some good horror game websites or games I can play online without a download?

Not sure, but go on indiedb.com and check out some of their games, some of them have direct links to online play, so long as you have unity web player installed on your computer such as a new game called slender space (slender/dead space) but they might have what you are looking for there.
