For the love of god please save an extra $100 or whatever and get a Solid State Drive to use for your system drive. You do not want to be spending that amount of money on a PC and then have it slow down because you only have one HDD that also acts as your system drive.

His budget is really really limited. I never had a problem on my PC. It never slowed down on me.

If you've never had an SSD, you don't know how much they speed your computer up. It's insane.

My photoshop opens in about 3-4 sec and i don't use an ssd.

Used to have one though but i had problem with the chipset in it and got constant bluescreen

My photo shop also opens in under 5 seconds with no SSD



A SSD is not an necessity but it's very nice to have

If you want an SSD. get the 2nd build and remove the monitor and add this:
