Some Computer Nerd, Read This!

For about 2-3 years ago I bought a computer (HP G5345sc). It's nothing special about it, but now it's starting to get slower and slower. Also I start to play more on the computer (Xbox 360 guy right here) and I try to decide if I should build my own computer or just order one that is already built. And if I should build a computer, which parts should I buy, I think I would spend about $1300 on the computer. If you want more information just ask me

Depends on what kind of things you want.
Intel stuff is a bit better then amd but is more expensive.

This is a intel build that would cost about $1303 and could play most games on max and got alot of power. :3

I think you should try to clean up your computer rather then buying a new one.
Firstly try using some windows cleaning software, defragmenting your HDD and cleaning your pc from dust.
I bought my pc about 5 years ago and its still working very well.

haven't watched that earlier. and i run a full amd system myself that cost me about $700-900

I run my amd phenom II x6 oc to 4.25 ghz right now. only thing i plan to change in the comming years is the graphic card and add some RAM

Shit, I'm not so good with this specs but it's an AMD Athlon 2 X4 640, AMD Radeon HD 6450, the RAM is 4 GB and that's pretty much it that i know. Not so helpfully :wacko: I will not sell this computer just because I isn't so valuable and I got some files that I need. I will buy a new monitor with HDMI output because right now I only got DVI output and I would need HDMI when I am going down to Dreamhack Summer.

I think you should just do a backup or new partition and reinstall windows, would solve most of the slow problems.

Right now I'm recording Let's Plays on different games, that takes alot of memory (going to buy an external harddrive sometime). But I would try to play more games on the computer. Like yesterday I tried to play Black Ops 2 when it was free multiplayer on Steam, it lagged so much I couldn't barely move forward without frame freeze. Well with the build i sent earlier you can play black ops 2 on max without problem. and since you live in sweden i can link the webpage where i found the parts

Your PC is so old, and outdated. it can play the first COD single player at 30-40fps med-settings.
