Good Minecraft Servers?

First of all, I DO play on the official PDP Server and it's very good... but... I don't wanna play there all the time. I have my reasons, blah blah xD I think I have the right to ask this question... I mean people can have cake AND cookies can't they.

So my question is would anyone like to recommend me some other good casual survival servers? I tried to Google a bit but it all seems to be PVP and herds of 10 year olds which I DON'T want... I don't mind if you suggest to come play on your server with only few people but these servers always shut down when the owner goes offline...

Sign up to the site first, it's a measure to prevent too many griefers. :3
I mod it, so it's a pretty awesome server ;D
Also, pvp is optional, so huzzah.

Edit: also, we're not gonna be going down anytime soon, unless it's for hardcore maintenance.
