Help with rendering settings and video size [Sony vegas 10]

Hey what's up bros, I need a little help. I'm starting on youtube, creating videos, and I think that there's something I'm doing bad. I use sony vegas pro 10, I render with this settings 720p hd mp4:

Video/Audio/Project:

In MainConcept AVC/AAC (mp4)

When rendering finishes, for example playing in a game like slender, only 7 minutes lenght needs 500 mb. Is it normal? I think it's a very big size for a 7 min video, I'd like to know where I fail. Hope you can help, thanks bros.

So cute. Yes for chosen rendered file it is normal. Actually it's closer to the small size category.
Still I recommend .wmv file extension , 4.8Mbps 720-24p video.
+ fun fact: my .avi 720p 12 seconds long video is 800mbyte

Everything looks fine just lower the bitrate on Audio to 128,000bps.

On video:
Max could be 12,000,00
Minimum could be 6,000,000

Then 30 FPS on the frame rate since Youtube will only just shrink it to 30 FPS if you rendered it on 60 FPS.:)

There's also a software called "Handbrake" It compresses more your video.

Scribblenauts part 1 600MB -> compressed to handbrake -> 100MB. No quality loss.

I've used it, I think it's great bro, one of my videos got from 350MB to 180MB. Thanks again
