I think the modification (like Valve's Half-Life) and the price, plus compatibility with Android's OS (maybe Crossover with app from the phone), may tempt potential buyers.

Of course, I'm eyeing up the 3DS in October with Pokémon X & Y.

I have heard of this before and it interest me what indie game developers and Hackers could create with this open source console.

Might even buy it if something that interest me comes out for it.

I love how the devs of OUYA said that hackers are allowed as they will just improve it with homebrew or whatever , but it is 'impossible' to pirate games. I lolled so hard because its running on android which is the easiest thing to yarr harr on. I think they will make some 'big' sells in the first year and then they won't make jack on it.

Sane person: Why do I want to play an android games on a TV and have my eyes ruined from the visuals because they don't work for a TV?
OUYA marketer: What? You say that android games are shitty to look at on a TV?
      Sane person: YES!
OUYA marketer: Well it's open source so you can modify it to look good on a TV.
Sane person: Well I hope you don't have a problem with pirates exploiting it.
OUYA marketer: Wait you say that pirates are gonna exploit it?
      Sane Person: Yes.
OUYA marketer: We have a way to stop the piracy.
Sane person: And how are you gonna do it?
OUYA marketer: We are gonna use the Death Note to stop them.
Sane person: How are you gonna get one?And How can you know who is pirating?
OUYA marketer: OK,NO MORE QUESTIONS!You can pre-order it now if want to.
