    Hello,

    I recently bought the game The Witcher: Enhanced edition so that i could play it over the weekend which eventually i never got to do because i kept on getting the error message "Failure to connect to key server" every time i clicked play. Is this something to do with the key that steam give you when you buy a game? This would be great if someone could help me with this :)

  • It's hard to tell since you haven't really given any details to how you installed it, what messages you've been having apart from the error message (Say, if you got a serial code to activate the game or not.)

    Your best bet is probably to contact the Steam support about this.
