I need some advice about my Youtube name.

I've noticed that a lot of LP'ers when they title their videos they put *insert name here* plays *insert game here*.

Now, when I make my videos and title them I put let's play *insert game here*

I feel that it's kind of bland, impersonal, and a bit too formal.

I'd like to put my name in there somewhere, but seeing as my name on YouTube is "The Leviathan", it would sound silly.

So I was thinking of just making it "TL Play's "insert game".

Just an abbreviated version of my name I suppose.

Thoughts?

"Leviathan Plays" sounds good to me but thats just my thoughts.

I also need some advice about that, my usernames is TheCraftedEpisodes, which doesn't makes sense, you can't craft episodes, also crafted is related to Minecraft so that means I craft Minecraft Episodes? If I do that then why I craft other episodes? That doesn't make any sence at all, and I introduce myself as TheCraftedPerson soemtimes, which is "wtf sense", soudns like I am a person that is crafted... so stupid... so I end up making this crappy username... I think about "TheGamingEpisodes", which does or does not make sense, I dunno...

TheLeviathan sounds good, just like Swift said!

Lol ugh, I just changed all my vids yesterday
(I have around 75) to "TL Plays:". I guess I can change them again tomorrow.

Why not do for example: Minecraft W/TheLeviathan Episode 24. *Title for episode*

This would be a good one.

Or don't use your name at all? I don't on my videos. I think its more helpful for Huge youtubers because their name gets searched a lot on the YouTubes

I'll have to see how it all plays out in my head before I decide to change 77 videos again lol.

Also, youtube only lets your video titles be a certain length so if i put all of that it might not fit.

It fit, you can have a pretty long name in the title so don't wurry about that.

Since your channel is still very small, I would suggest leaving your name out of the title and keeping the topic very broad ( i.e. Lets play Minecraft *interesting topic*). Dont get me wrong, The Leviathan is a very cool name but people wont be searching it much since your channel has little traffic and popularity. I think Keeping the topic simple and interesting will be the best solution if you want more traffic to your videos.

*facepalm* I just changed all of my videos again lol.

I do tag all of my videos extensively though. Not stupidly either lol. That way it'll be indexed higher in the search results.

I have some advice. Slightly unrelated, but still advice.

Refrain from changing the names of all 75 videos UNTIL a name has been confirmed. You'd save yourself a lot of time.

And about the name.. just use "Lev plays - *insert game name here*"

Is there anybody else making vids like yours with the name Leviathan? Cause honestly I like you name a lot and I think you could just attach that one to your vids, "Leviathan"
