Do you have any limits regarding the topic? What are your interests?

Talk about something you hate and want to have changed. You will get loads of ideas and will be able to rant along for ages.
If you don't like that, try talking about something that you really enjoy -
On the actual speaking bit, make sure you have a really good sleep the night before, and make sure you are as relaxed as you can be. When you come to do it, you WILL be nervous; very few people aren't when presenting or speaking. Make sure you know your lines (or have a good idea what you will speak about) and make sure you make eye contact with the audience. It may seem hard, but eye contact will make you feel less alone, and show you whether you are connecting with your audience, or not.
Good Luck with it! When I do things, I think of how inevitable they are, and how it will be better getting it done, and over with. Do what feels natural to you!A smile a day, keeps sadness away!
Come and have a good ol' cuppa with me... You know you want to ... -
Talk about advantages and disadvantages of cars
They have lots of positives and negatives
Positives: easier transportation - faster - timer saver
Negatives: pollute air - can cause deadly accedents - expensive to get.
You can be creative and add some more.- I AM AN IDIOT FOR TALKING TO PEOPLE HERE(:

I remember I had to do this. The topic I picked was songs of my life. (Cheesy, I know)
I wrote down all major milestones in my life- Moving to another country, getting a new house, the day I learnt to rollerblade, etc;
and then connected one of my favorite songs to each event. It may have been a song I was listening to at the time, or a song I just associate with it for some reason.
It gives you plenty to talk about- your favorite memories, songs and experiences.
The best bit is that if you forget something, you can always elaborate and make stuff up- it's your life and no one can say it didn't happen.
It really does matter on your topic though- we got asked to talk about something that means a lot to us- so this worked for me...I don't do much, but I occasionally tumbl . -
Just talk about something that you know well so you would be able to say a lot of stuff about that topic, something that you really like.
And you could always do some research. -
Your favorite music band? make some reaserch on them and tell their history to your class :p
