[SUGGESTION] new section

I've thought of epnew sction that can make the forums more builder up.

The section called 'Hall of shame' where silly Topics go.

Because people stated the fact that this has no point whatsoever. The archives accomplish this. And, obviously, this is not a creative idea. More than likely if this was going to be added, it would have been already.
