For all you that are probably gonna say i could of just googled it.. i tried, this question is a little hard to put into the right words to get good results.

My question is im not able to make my own custom thumbnails yet, i understand that because my channel isnt partnered. So i wanna add a cool edited picture in the beginning of my videos of what im playing (kinda like how pewds does it) but my question is if i took a normal picture of lets say dead space 3 and edited in my youtube name and all that could i get hit with copyright? Because i tried getting some pictures off of google and it said for like every single picture that it could be subject to copyright. Is this a stupid question to ask or do i really have to be careful? I think i dont have to stretch it anymore then that anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for your time guys.

Haha sharky once again with the quick response and good info, thanks man. I was just asking because when it comes to being a serious youtuber copyright is never a good thing so i just wanted someone else's feedback on the matter. Thanks so much man!
