[SUGGESTION] Disabling Emoticons for the Shoutbox

I feel it would be a great idea if there was any option to disable Smileys in the shoutbox.

Smileys are pretty annoying in my opinion. Whenever I want to post :) ... it brings up the annoying smiley--->

So, like the option to disable smileys in PM, Posts and Threads, I think it would be a good addition if it was used on the Shoutbox.

...or is there an existing feature that I do not know of?

Why would you want to disable emoticons?
They are great when you want to express emotions

but they are yellow and stand out too much in the shoutbox!! It's not like they would go away permenantly, just an option to turn them off for people who dont want to see them.

Personal disabling. You disable it, and the yellow emoticons from your part will not be seen by anyone.

Well it would stop people for spamming the disturbing things all over. And honestly when people use them I want to punch them in the face...but that's probably just me.
