It's not piracy if it's an older FREE version DIRECTLY from the site itself. Don't know if it's still up, pretty sure it was a limited offer thingy but yea, was NOT in ANY way referring to illegal activities. At least I got it like that. but if it was directly from the site of the creators itself, I would very much argue about it being considered piracy. I shoulda been a little more clear on that lol.
