    • The music is copyrighted though =/ So i had to nearly mute/edit out the piano music. I'm workin on editing my 3rd episode right now. It's the fkin best episode so far. so funny! XD

      But overall it's a great GREAT game. Good puzzles, Good animation and graphics for an rpg.

    • HI i get an error when enterning the room top right at the start, it says : Unable to find file Audio/BGM/17-ludovico_einaudi-fuori_dal_mondo and it crashed right after. How can i fix it ?

      That is a missing file. I'll upload a fixed version right away. Thanks for letting me know!
      If this problem occurs to anyone else, please tell me. It is very easily fixed.

    • It's also an unrelated film and a board game. I would suggest that you get the copyright checked on the game title. It might be that the name "Descent" isn't copyrighted, but you would have to be very careful on content. I might also be that "Descent" is copyrighted in the game industry and you need a new title.

    • Hm, interesting... I figured the word "Descent" was a normal everyday word like vacuum or sunlight and copyright wouldn't be a problem. Needless to say, I'm very new to the whole copyright thing and not very used to the various laws. I searched for "Descent" in the US copyright records and found A LOT of different books, movies etc. which contained the word. I don't think this is going to be a problem since I'm not selling my game, just giving it away for free to anyone who want to play it. But what do I know? :/

      This is an extract of the US law. Considering your game is free to play, probably completely unconnected to the original Descent game, the fact that Descent is a normal english word (they didn't make it up for the title), and that the original Descent game is from 1994; I don't think you would infringe a copyright that does exist.

      I would be happy to help you out with RPG Maker VX (since that's basically the only program I can handle), or just general ideas. ^___^
      I am also working on fixing this game and getting a version 1.3.2 out, but I have some other work I need to finish first. =P
