Matched as Third Party

Hello everyone

I have a problem

I have recorded my voice and game's sound while playing Far cry 3

After uploading the video,Youtube matched the video as third party

They say that at a minute (1:26) it matches with ubisofts music ( i mean wtf? its their music dude,how they could match my video with third party,its not copyrighted its their game lol?)

What i should do ? i didn't use any songs in my video only my voice and the games sound

If i press acknowledge what happens ?

I think that if you press Acknowledge, you're accepting that you know it contains content administered by Ubisoft. And that you're fine with the video getting removed [if Ubisoft wishes for it] or something like that.

I might be wrong.

Wait for a dude called Cirno, or Toyo-something-somethinglongname to come by.

Acknowledge if what they're claiming is true. Dispute when you know what they are claiming is false. Ubisoft is actually bitchy about their NEW games and will take down Let's Play sometimes if you are not partnered, so be wary.

Getting in touch in Google requires a lot of luck and patience.

I was able to get a hold of an Adwords rep some time ago, but that was because I was spending money.

PS: Adwords sucks. You'll get views, but they are not worth it. I compared my stats of a video with adwords to one that I networked myself, and the numbers just don't lie.

Many people don't know this,but games themselves are copyrigted content. As is music in them. You should be careful about that,try muting that part of the video that's matched with third party content.

This is why you need to be partnered with a GAMING network to play it safe. Still , does you video contain cutscenes of the game? Since that might have triggered it.

That's why I'd rather just record an indie game, or something Valve turned out. Gaming networks scare me.

I love Valve. They seem to have common sense.

I love Valve , atleast they understand that videos made of games might end up in higher sales and such , so they don't give a damn about it.
