My Pc Specs! What's Bad?

Hello once again Audience

Nah just kidding....guys i have a question!

Look here are my pc specs: 2x2 Ram DDR3
Graphic Card:nvidia geforce gt 630 ddr 2gb , 128 bit
processor:intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz,~ 3.9GHz (QUAD-CORE)

But when i play games like,far cry 3 or assassin's creed 3 i have low fps like 18-20 fps in Sin Creed 3 and same in Far Cry 3,i also have a youtube channel with let's play and it annoys me because when i record i have low fps

What is bad in my pc specs ? i think its from graphic card ..its it bad ? what should i buy (the price doesn't metter) but give me more suggestions of graphic card,from the weakest to the strongest (if u get what i mean)

What OS are you running ? and what is running in the background ?

I think its the RAM , you have like 4 GB ram

I run windows 7,in the background ? hmmm i use fraps to record

So in the background i run Fraps...That's all D:

EDIT:I thought my problem its from graphic card i mean i thought its bad ?

Cirno do you think if i go 8gb ram it will increase my fps?

Rams or graphic card?

There is your problem, it's the RAM.

You need more if you want to play good games and record with FRAPS.

Fraps is a frikking RAM hoarder , so yeah. Its with no doubt the RAM now

Also pay attention to ram speed. If you can afford it get whatever the max allowed for your motherboard is.

If you look at motherboards online for sale, they will list ram specs and usually say something like 1866 (O.C) / 1600 / 1333 Mhz. So you'll want more ram, but also more ram speed. So 8 GB of the 1600 (in this case) would be the best unless you feel like overclocking which... is all up to you and what you want to risk.

Also keep in mind, unless something's changed, you need 64 bit windows to run >4 GB of ram. So if you're running 32 bit, 8 GB of ram will function just the same as 4 GB (which is really limited to like 3.4/4.0 gb on a 32 bit system). Not 100% on this but I believe this is the case, again, unless something's changed. If you're running 64 bit then no worries.

I really run windows 7 x32 bit but i will just reinstall to 64 bit its not a problem

My main problem is:some people told me that i need to upgrade to 8gb ram

But others told me i need alteast a GTX graphic card not GT as i have

I am confused :o

A 8GB 1600 DDR3 is already fine for you. It costs $40. And your video card sucks. If you want big improvement. Get a 660 Ti or a 7950.

When you record with fraps your hard disk write speed is also important because fraps use very low compression.

It's actually recommended to put the output file to another HDD, like 1TB and have huge free space.:)

To confirm, your problem is a lack of RAM and a rather shitty graphics card. RAM is dirt cheap, get at least 8 or 16 if you want to run faster. Your graphics card is average too, I got the 660ti and I can vouch for it's performance, amazing card for a great price
