They don't. Some people are actually taught to act selfishly whenever they see this kind of stuff; some are even afraid of getting punched with no need, for no reason...
So they just hide and walk on their own road.. So sorry for what happened, tho.. Wish you the best. :)

  • I was always the shy, quiet type, and in school it's dangerous to be like this, I can tell. At home, my older sister used to beat me a lot and threaten to do worse if I told our parents, so I learned to stay quiet and accept what people did, and my classmates soon noticed I was "weak". For many years I've been bullied, until two years ago, I was getting tired of people laughing at me and calling me names, so when a girl I didn't like started saying bad things about me, I gave her the biggest slap in history in front of half school, she fell down crying and since then I've turned very aggressive and my bullies stopped doing what they used to. I've recently stopped being like this because two wrongs don't make a right, but now I don't stay quiet when they do something I don't like.

  • I only really blew up twice, in high school I had a class where I got along with most people there, but one guy had to keep screwing with people. One day he tried to steal my wallet, I ended up breaking his wrist. Good news is, I had enough friends in that class and a good enough reputation with the school staff that the principle believed me and my friends that he was lying about it being me. He stopped trying to bully people at all after that. The other time was when my "friend" (Was really just the neighbor's kid, he was 10 or so while I was 15 at the time) was getting beat up at school by some kids in the next grade, one would hold him down while the other one would kick him, so me and him ended up doing that to them, I held them, he punched them in the face. I never really had many problems with bullies, I always either got along with everyone, or the few that may have bullied me were afraid of a Columbine situation, even when I was little I was really into firearms, so the morons that would be bullies thought that automatically made me some psycho kid... because you know, sketching a musket while ignoring the teacher made you a freak, U SHUD BE DREWNG DEM BEWBS! Closest thing I have to a bully now is idiots that tailgate me, and that gets stopped by some random breaking and their realization that I have a 5/16" steel plate rear bumper that is about at the height of their windshield (IE- their face)... why is it that only little cars tailgate?
  • I tried to stand up to bullying myself but to no avail. The main problem was that I was far too weak to even try and fight back so I decided to go through some mental hardening, as in learning not to give a **** and realizing that these kinds of people are the most despicable in modern society who have nothing better to do than **** around with some emotionally unstable kids or kids with no friends. You know what, now I just laugh at any attempts they try to make my life worse and I now have friends to help me with these kinds of situations - the kind that have experienced the exact things I have. Same thing kind of happened to my brother but I helped him get through it and taught him that bullies may seem like friends at first but they are in fact your worst enemies.

Hm yeah, but there are still enemies that may become friends in the future. I had a friend that once joked a boy with his group. He confessed it to me one day. He said he was just joking, but he did no idea of how the boy was feeling about it. It didn't pass through his mind. So one day he invited the boy to his group, for dinning outside.
The boy went with them. He said he became one of his best friends since then.. Well, it depends on the person, tho'...

  • I haven't been bullied, and I don't think I've seen It happening around me. If I do see someone being bullied, of course I'll try to help them! I don't understand why there are actually people out there doing this. I think more should be done about bullying

  • Iv'e got bullied till the end of highschool.

I mean, I got insulted all the time, people made fun of me, they didn't want to speak or even look at me, because I was different, but mostly I was scared of me, about my actions. Life is hard, people are sheep, when you're different just say goodbye to your life.
After the highschool, I learnt how to control myself, talk more, get closer to others and be more confident. If they make fun of me, It doesn't hurt me, I just answer back and laugh about it, I never beat someone and I hate violence, the main lesson I can let is: Be yourself, if someone try to bully you, just don't care about him, let him be a retard all his life, he'll be punished one day, if people are scared of you, just show to them what you are and make fun of you they will appreciate, and finally, when someone is making fun of you just laugh about yourself you'll be more confident and you'll accept all the critics.

All the bullied are very kind persons, they have to be understood by the others, Bully is a horrible thing.

  • I've been apart of both groups i was bullied for time and somehow became the bully as well for a short period of time. And will always regret that part of my life so later on I did my best to stand up to bullies and it worked for the last two years of high schools there were no bullies in my class.
  • I used to be really weird because I didn't know how Americans acted since I was born in China and it was much different and I was bullied A LOT in fact now since I think of it, one of my teachers sort of bullied me. Soon I actually realized I was getting made fun of so I pretty much changed to being funny and not so weird. That was elementary school and now the people I still knew from there doesn't seem to remember those days but I still do. Nowadays, there is this kid that gets bullied by EVERYONE and that is literal term. He gets bad grades, says the weirdest things, looks sort of strange, and also says things that are just rude. He also is sort of a pervert and mentions it to draw attention to himself. My school is a good school so there isn't physical fighting but a lot of people make fun of him. Personally, I want to help but some of the things hes says offends me and makes me mad but since I feel bad, I just avoid him which I guess is better than most people but just barely.

Same here, I haven't been bullied, and haven't seen it happening around me. Lucky me then. I feel bad for the people who has been bullied, even though it's never happened to me, but I think I know how it feels to be bullied. Left alone, everyone made fun of you, etc. Why do people like to bully others? I mean, what's the reason? Did it make the person (the bully) happy? i guess so, but still, can't they find a better way to find happiness and satisfaction without physycally and mentally hurt someone?

  • Like I said in my previous post, I've stood up to bullying before, many times for that matter, however I seem to be the unfortunate type.

Ever been in a scene where someone was being bullied then suddenly, you're the target? Yeah... That's how bullying pretty much goes for me, I get involved with things if it disrespects the freedom of others... If you've been in my situation, I guess you can say that it's good exercise running away from people when they chase you haha! Or when you decide to fight back if it is the only solution left. Either way, I've grown to accept being unfortunate when it comes to standing up to bullying, I'll always make sure people are free from harm and what not.

  • I've been bullied throughout elementary school. I used to be a crybaby about it, and cry alone at school somewhere hidden. There was no one who was on my side and I thought I'd keep being lonely forever. I started to fight back , and I've been in numerous of physical fights in elementary school. I got respected after that, no one dared to do something anymore. I started middle school and immediately I got bullied again. I didn't understand why but that time I didn't let the people step all over me once again.

In short; People who are being bullied right now. Don't give a fuck about them and go on. I know this is hard, I've been through it. You must fight for your place at school ( Not literally... Well perhaps you sometimes need to show them who's the boss) and make them respect you. Be who you are, don't let them get you down. Step up and show them your game. Are they laughing at you? Laugh at their idiotic actions. Are you alone at school? Approach people, and show them that you also can be a good friend to them. Don't ever think of harming yourself, just don't.. Please just don't =3=.

These experiences shall make you stronger. Hang on and fight back comrade !!!

    lol :)

  • My worst case of bullying occurred through grades 3-5. It ended when the leader of the pack of bullies decided to try and make the bullying physical, and I cracked three of her ribs defending myself from her attack. Never had much problem after that, and the little bit I did, I usually responded by laughing at them. Bullies usually loses a lot of their steam and power when you laugh at them and walk away, they are normally more insecure inside than you are.
