Rendering problem :/ help please?

Okay, i started rendering and uploading my videos threw vegas clicking the "upload to youtube" because when i render my video normally when it is done rendering and i go to youtube to upload it and it says its a veg file? When i just got done rendering my mp4 file to a wmv. What em i doing wrong? Why when i render my video do i later find out its a veg file? I think its because i save the project before i render it..? idk can someone help? it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure your video is saved in a different location. Most of the time, the video is on the "My Documents" folder.

so your saying im doing everything right im just saving it to a different place then i think? haha

The rendered complete video is on My Documents most probably. or on My videos.xD Try searching it. What file did you name it?

DON'T give the same .veg file name to your rendered .wmv or .mp4 file. And take a look at the size of your video first, just in case to see if it's a veg file or not, or you should just take a look at the icon. xD

But seriously, What icon of the file shows that you are trying to upload? WMV Icon? MP4 Icon? Or SVC Icon? (Sony Vegas Pro)

I figured it out, it was under my documents. idk vegas is just weird with some things but im getting used to it! Thanks for all the help guys
