FRAPS oversized files, need good compression software

I cannot find, anywhere on the internet, a decent compression software.

I know Pewdie has FRAPS, and I got it, too, however, I recorded a 1 minute video and it resulted in over 200MB of pure rage.

What compression software does Pewdie use to make his 15-minute extravapaloozas of awesomeness recorded in FRAPS become astoundingly fit into the snug little 80MB's Youtube says is used.

And yes, I have FRAPS and game resolution settings optimal.

Camtasia,sony vegas and most editing software should do it. Even microsoft movie maker

The footage you record there is raw footage, of yourse it has a big filesize. You have to edit this then in a Videoeditor, like Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere etc.
You put the footage together and render it, which means it get's compressed and then you normally end up with a 200-400MB sized video, when it's around 15minutes.

Use Handbrake before uploading.
Goes 30-50% faster.

Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 Pro its good for compressing its what am using now + it easy to use
