Pewdiepie windows 7 theme?

Can someone please make a windows 7 theme based on pewdiepie it should contain wallpapers custom sounds and cursors and maybe a screensaver?

for the sounds they have to be in a wav format and the crusors idk but the pics and stuff i can do i just need them about 25 different ones (hi-res)

I guess its very difficult with all of these like cursors, sounds and it shall of course fit for the theme. I dunno lol

ok i got 10 pics a red taskbar and stephano cursor all i need now is the wav sounds

Nice idea, but is pretty complicated to do a good working one.
