KOA Reckoning is pretty amazing for customization. And of course, the last 3 Elder Scrolls games (Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim). Dragon Age Origins is pretty good too, but KOA Reckoning is my favorite. It's a pretty awesome RPG.
