Little Help Here Please

Hello comunity !

I always wanted to have a gamming channel with let's play but the problem is my microphone. Every time i record my voice there is a terrifying background noise and it doesn't let me to record anything that noise its over my voice and it is annoying.Sadly is that i can't afford a new microphone (that's the world) is there any way that i can remove the background sound.I use sony vegas 11 pro to edit videos

i hope you can help me

If the background noise is as bad as you say it is, using Noise Removal in Audacity wouldn't help. What microphone do you have?

Get a cheap Blue Snowball. Check my channel for the audio quality. It is pretty good

In addition to what other people say, make sure to record in a quiet room, not standing too close to the microphone. When there's feedback, it makes a terrible loud sound.

I used my voice changer to kill out any static noise. There will be a delay though with the sound.

Lol I took some acoustic foam off of an old set of headphones and twist-tied it around my shitty mic. Not only does it kill noise really well it also dampens my breathing a whole lot.

Quiet rooms make clear recordings.
