Listen sir, i don't want to be rude. But if you're not a big fan of touhou i suggest you to leave. Though if you actually wanted to know more about touhou we'll be glad to assist you.
And my god, that mafia techno/metal thingy is awesome. I could imagine reimu and those white heads walking down an alley with a shotguns on their shoulders.

ill give you the basic...
it's about a thousand little girls which are shooting lasers at eachother beacouse it's fun and beacouse they like trolling eachother...
in advance...
it's about a game of a danmaku genre (bullethell), and it's about a few heroines who are sopposed to shoot a thousand fairies and dodge a million bullets...
the game is UBER difficult (in my opinion: it's what makes the games awesome...)
the game is about magic, little/teen/loli girls (all the characters in the game are girls... but Rinnosuke...(that lucky son of a b-)), some girls who are aliens, youkai and so on..., bullets, master sparks,
and for god's sake... a ton of bosses who want to kill you without remorse or even without a reason...
mainly...
it's a game...
a difficult game...
a game with a thousand bullets and godlike fairies..
a game where a man gets beaten...

ZUN, the creator (programmer, script writer, designer, composer) of Touhou, is "famous" by his not so good character art.(And yes, Touhou main games are created by one man) Example:
