Although the wiki(a) states that Sakuya Izayoi is a human , I have my doubts about it as she can also be a vampire or a ghoul. lol

Its often seen in fanwork that Remilia and Sakuya have some sort of love relationship and such. (and vampires tend to vampirize their top servants as they can proceed serving them throughout the time)

However in much animated stuff her red eyes are only shown when she stops/slows down time. but this is for me an indication that she isn't fully human , although she might be using that pocket watch for stopping the time.

This makes an other question arise. Since Sakuya can stop time , would she be able to freeze her age and make her stop aging?

This is Touhou , a big ass mindfuck.

Stopwatch = Stop / slow time.
But is it that accurate to just slow down the ageing process? When she uses it it slows down everything, and if she was using it to stop ageing her eyes would always be red if the are red from cursed stopwatch.
