Alright, straight to the point: I MIGHT HAVE GOOF'D UP A BIT and might've made my sound driver go down the drain and into the sewage, meaning I can't hear anything whatsoever and I'm kinda running with my head on the floor. Anyone willing to help me fix this little problem cause I'm not about to go and do this on my own, I might fuck this shit up more .-.

What is your sound driver and other specs? Not that I can help at all but other people will need to know.

Already fixed it for him via skype :3 turns out he needed to use Driver Sweeper to COMPLETELY remove his old driver and then reinstall the downloaded driver.
