I think you should try to gain some information on your own how to start and run a channel.

I suggest you take some more time to research the Ins and Outs of how the whole youtube thing works then if you don't know how things work

There is actually a lot that goes into delivering high quality, entertaining videos. Between having the right equipment (which costs money), knowing how to edit videos (and doing it well), learning how to troubleshoot technical issues that come up, knowing how to create images for your videos in some sort of image manipulation program, being sure not to violate copyright laws.

There is a ton of nuance behind the very few topics i just listed for you. I encourage you to really put some time into learning more about it to make sure you are not just going off on a whim. Pewdiepie's videos are his full time job, it takes a lot of time and effort to do a good job.

And keep in mind, You can earn a lot more interest in what you do by being interested in others instead of trying to get people interested in you.
