Pokemon 3D Indie Game

Listen, I know well the Pokemon Franchise games are in the suggestion list and some of you bros and maybe Morgrayne will say "It's in the suggestion list, sorry bro" and frickin' Buttlicks will say "Check the suggestion list before you post, stupid......" This time it's different, I just want true Pokemon bros know that there is a PC version of the original 90's Gameboy video game that is made in first person and third person game experience. And if Pewdie reads this it'll be cool if he plays it, but I wouldn't think he'd play it any time soon with him playing ScribbleNauts, Fahrenheit, Black Snow, and his Friday's W/ Pewdiepie, and the fact that the game has bugs right now.
The game is on 0.15th update so far but there is still lots that need to be improved. A good thing though is that right now the creator has made a co-op.

Is it a pokemon game: Yes.
It counts at the franchise.
Also as Gonzo said, use Template.

If it's not licensed by Nintendo or contains work by either Nintendo, Game Freak, MONSTERS or The Pokemon Company, it's not a part of the franchise.
Either way, this looks pretty cool, but i can't play it. I use a mac but i may be able to use crossover idk.

This is not owned by gamefreak, nintendo, or any official franchise. It's a indie game. It is not counted in the list. If it were owned by Nintendo/gamefreak, then I doubt it would be on a indie website. Thanks for the request, mate.

Its basically the same game (With only one move to use in it) with a different camera view. May not be part of the "official" franchise but still same stuff going on.

Lol , it will be taken down by nintendo since the game is made without permission of Nintendo and gamefreak. the creator should enjoy his incoming lawsuit.

And yes they will do it and they have done it in the past with a pokemon browser game which was very popular till nintendo took it down.

Pokemon Crater (it's back up now i think idk Abandoned, Still used)
Pokemon Vortex (basically pokemon crater but with different name, Still used)
Pokemon Indigo (My personal favourite after pokemon crater was shut down by the creator due to lack of funds)

All of these online pokemon games have not faced a lawsuit because they come up their own pokemon concepts, like instead of just a shiny mewtwo, a golden mewtwo, poisonous mewtwo etc., their own items, self-created areas. Still, they can have the 649 original GAME FREAK pokemon and all the items and registered names, e.g. Ash, Misty, even including sprites of everything and not get in trouble.

I know multiple pokemon games that haven't reached lawsuits. It's the terms that got the one a lawsuit.

I suppose it was under special conditions? Like unregistered use of Nintendo property?

Due to being almost exactly the same as the game, just with multiplayer. They also made money from it. Pokemon 3D is completely free.
