How to not drop FPS while recording your face

As title says do anyone know how to not drops FPS while i record my face via Movie Maker on windows XP? it drops by 30 FPS that's pretty bad,help me please

-Processor:Intel Core dual 2,13 GHz
-VideoCard:Geforce GT 240 1024 MB

Didn't realize you were the same person.

As I said before then, upgrading RAM might work. Can't think of any other solutions at the moment.
