I thought both LiveChat and Shoutbox were gonna be online.

On topic: I really like the Shoutbox because of the Personal Chat feature. Other than that, it's all the same. There are a few tiny bugs though.
Like, when a person is sending a message, and if I click away the same time the message appears, the message is invisible.
That aside, this is a great implementation.

There actually is. When you write a message you can remove it. -
Dauphin, he was talking about Moderators/Super-Moderators being able to delete posts by other users.
