Razer Charcarias :(

Hello!

So i had my Razer Charcarias for around 4 months now, and the cable start glitching... The sound is low, when someoene speaks on a video, it's just mummlings, and the bass is also gone in the music

Is there any way to fix it or is my Charcarias officialy broken?

Dude, when i saw this thread. I though its somekind of a bad mexican joke. XD anyway, sorry. Have no idea how to fix it.

I had somewhat the same problem what i did i went to the store i bought it from got an replacement... they broke too after some weeks and what i did then was i bought diffrent headset... Razer's headsets are really bad. Atleast in my personal experience with them.

I've seen some problems with my friends too. The mic is really good but the durability is below average.:/ If it still has the warranty, ask for replacement.
