ok bros/broettes i need desprate help on which is the most recommended paint application (gimp and stuff) for a begginer what i mean is its easy to use and learn but has heaps of stuff you can use and this is a bit off topic but is there any Aooni style custom stories?

personally I love using SAI and Photoshop. But GIMP can be nice to use once an a while....

once you go photoshop , you don't want use any other program (atleast i don't :3)

i will try finding a drawing pad seeing as though im a great drawer but suck shit with a mouse and if not i might use gimp

I'm using SAI and GIMP with a Wacom Bamboo drawing tablet.

SAI is good for coloring and lineart in my opinion and GIMP is slightly stripped off version of Photshop. It's also free.

alot of people say photoshop and its a nice program too but if you want something easy to use i heard Photoshop elements is nice for beginners...
