Disturbing, lesser-known SCP entries?

I'm working on a special countdown video for when my channel hits 300 subscribers. While I have a "Top 10 Favourite SCP's" video coming out, I'd like to collect some of your favourite, most disturbing but lesser known entries for a separate video for when I hit 300. So if you know an entry that makes your skin crawl in any way (and please, none of the popular ones--ie. Stairwell, 173, 106, etc.) feel free to share them.

For some reason I found SCP-430 really quite disturbing... a pair of underwear that gives you a painless circumcision... I still cringed even though it said painless O.o But I'd probably just keep swapping between the two pairs to troll them XD You know, if I had nothing better to do on a sunday...
