What do you bros do when you're sad?

hmm i like to be alone and think a bit... maybe listen to some rock and roll too

Listen to sad songs, read some sad/love/depressing quotes, look at some pictures of me and my friends, stare at the ceiling, think, reminisce all the good memories I had and then I cry it all out...

i watch comedy movie or romantic movie or anime or disney movies when im sad:)

Do Sports always help lighten the mood or watch my favorite Pewds videos again!

i normally lock myself up ramble for an hour then just play videogames and i normally start to feel better

Press that power button.
Plug in earphones.
Play games all day.

If I'm gonna make a list it would be easier to write what I not do when I'm sad lol

youtube works for me

I talk to my significant other and he usually helps.

Sometimes I just wanna be alone so I watch Netflix or cuddle my bunnies.

Listening to music. Usually kpop. But I mean these songs about love amd romance. Or reading books.

Not that I necessarily do this, but it's likely:

Contemplate the sadness a bit, instead of escaping from it. Feel it in its entirety. Cry a little bit if that comes naturally at that moment. There is a human being here with certain things that are wired in. Feel that humanness. Also disidentify from it. Yes, there is a human being. But is my sole existence rooted in this human being? Or am I something bigger? A grand process?

If this is explored non-intellectually, just by feeling and intuition, we may come upon a blissful, peaceful, light feeling. The feeling that everything is just how it should be, including the sadness. By being rooted in such a space, the sadness eventually passes, and you do not hold on to it. You let things just be. It's beautiful.

I just drown myself in Games, Twitch.tv and music. Although I deal more with depression than sadness.

When I am sad, I tend to draw my feelings away-despite the lack of talent :')
