When im sad depending what it is I will cry ? I mean doesnt everone im not someone who will pretend to be a big man everyone cries.

yesterday my dog got put down so RIP to him. Obviously that made me cry however I find the best thing to help me is gaming. It has always taken my mind of things I just get lost in the game I suppose really helps me out and talking to friends.

I feel like crying is very needed in life really in a way its nice to just get it out right?

I play chess, it focuses me on the game and I dont think a lot about other things.

The answer is simple.

I Instantly tell myself to just snap out of it, there's nothing worse than feeling sorry for yourself, especially when I feel I don't have anything to deal with nearly half as bad as other people, I do things I enjoy, things that make me happy, I just try to snap out of it x

Last time I'm often sad. Don't know why^^ I listen to music I like and drink a hot chocolate But don't hurt yourself.. It's not a solution..

When I'm down I always bring out my guitar and try to write some music. I hate being sad, but nothing beats the inspiration I get when I'm sad

Well, it depens on why I'm sad, and on the degree of the "sadness"..

Like once i lost a person very dear to me, and I started by crying like a fountain... for so long that my eyes turned red and hurt like shit. And then I got so frustrated with the world, like "FUCK EVERYTHING", and I started smoking, walking long walks in the night, while listening to depressing music. (yeah, pretty cliché, but it's true anyway..)

But mostly, if i like get sad because someone is an ass towards i mostly turn it into anger (which isn't helping that much), or I go to bed, and fall asleep. Because sleep always clears my thoughts.


... but you know, the best way to get by sadness is to share it with a friend, or just confront someone with it. I believe.

i watch pewds videos when im sad

I listen to sad music, which doesn't help most of the time, or I watch funny videos on YouTube.

Cuddle, game, and try to take over the world all simultaneously.

I mostly eat while watching youtube videos. It always takes my mind off of everything. I know this isn't a good cycle...
And recently I started to not care about what others say to me. Or at least try to act like I don't care, even though it really hurts inside.
Or I just make youtube videos! I completely changed as a person thanks to making videos and I now always look on the bright side of everything.

I never cry, since i lost my dad i'm the one who needs to protect this little family and that's what made me tough. If i'm sad i'll be playing games, getting my thoughts on something else. Listening music or reading comics is also something i'd be doing.

Usually when I'm sad, I sleep... or stare into nothingness and think about what I'm sad about.
