How come your channel became suspended? Sorry to see that happen to you :(

Probably has to do with how he got so many subscribers in such a short amount of time!

XD Kidding, although that is a possibility. I don't know how a lot of people do it. I've seen some channels no better than mine blow up like a stick of dynamite.

Sucks, I was hoping to see this guys channel, I liked the title for his thread.

That actually crossed my mind as well. He didn't seem to be crossing any lines with his content but this view count for videos and against his subs surprised me. Saying that though I hope it isn't the case as he seemed like a solid though a slightly over confident guy ;)

    • If it's true like everyone is saying.. he more than likely used a program called tube toolbox which sends out mass messages to people to gain subscribers fast. Not sure if he did but that would get you a suspension, I guess it violates YouTubes guide lines or something. I know this because I asked a guy who had 40 when I first found his channel how he was gaining 200 plus subscribers a day and he said "I use a program called Tube Toolbox". I used it for awhile and was gaining 30-50 subs a day but after I heard you could get suspended for use it I droped the program and made a new channel.

So that's why I get all of those emails everyday!

Don't really have any sympathy for him to be honest if he is still planing to use something like this especially after 3k of subs.
If you go on his IRL channel you get his sob story, anyway his channel is up and uploading now.

Sadly his attempt at playing the victim didn't really work with me. Great content brings great support. You can't cheat your way to those things.

    • Wow wow wow??

      Guys so much hate?

I honestly just came back forom doing a ton of stuff and all this went down, finally got a chance to get back to this website XD

It's all unfortunate, although i got it all back as i was wrongfully banned.
See in my eyes like i've said many times before, youtube is my chosen career. And i wanted to bust out into the youtubeian world as quick as possible with the biggest impact as possible. Much like pewds, he exploded because he had great content. I myself have great content too, IMO not as good as his although my viewers argue that often which im very flattered, i wanted to get my name out there. After all how do your videos get viewers if no one knows they are there?

So i started posting on forums like minecraft forums and other things, but i came across tube toolbox. Im not going to deny i used it, because it was completely in acceptance with youtubes ToS.
Recently in march, they changed it and added you can't use automated programs, without notifying anyone, which ofc is everyones fault but the people using it believed they were safe much like me.

It's only a tool. How is it cheating? I put effort into my work and found means of getting my stuff out there instead of just hoping for the best?
Unfrotunately the creators didnt check the ToS in time either and alot were banned. Those who got theirs back, much like i did, submitted a ticket truthfully stating they used it but will not ever again as it used to be in ToS.
Thus i recieved my account back. I'll never use the damn thing again, and after reading all of youtubes community guidelines and ToS i've come out with some really good lessons. In a way im glad it happened as now im even more determined to get out there even without it's help.

But bottom line, it was just a tool to become more known. Much like it is to comment on someones video or message someone where people have a chance to click on your username and be sent to you rchannel :P

But thats about it really, im back, im still partnered and ready to rock and roll so expect some great content from me shortly!! :D

I'll probably delete this thread at some stage when im back on my feet better and create a more official thread, this one was more of a joking hello and it just got alot of replies XD

      Cheers guys <3 ttyl :D
    • It's not so much that you used the program itself. It's that even when i commented on the thread that there's no way to gain that amount of subs in a "legit-just let it happen"-way, you did'nt mention anything about it, but just stated that they came totally by themselves.

Anyway sorry about your channel getting "burned", an easy googling of "tubetoolbox" actually results in people telling other people NOT to use this software cause they got banned etc. You even got help from athene :P why would you ever risk getting banned cause of a 3rd party program after that spotlight is beyond me! You were blessed :D

Because it was a safe program XD
But in all hoenst they did come on their own, if they are curious about the vid they watch it. It's like a car add on the side of a website. It's marketing, and that's all i saw it as.
Yea if you google it NOW they tell you not to. Not when i was using it XD Cause when i did, it was safe lols.

Yeah athene helped me which was awesome but sadly most sub then never watch a video, they aren't really active.. I only had about 2k active subs. :/
Still thoguh, it's all experience and i've learned alot since then. Bring on the future! :D

People generally don't see my serious side on this forum but here goes...

A career is something you put all your heart, soul and breath into. You can play the innocent bystander all you like but you still tried to take a shortcut by using something that has for a long while being known to bring bans to its users.

Your over confidense is oddly enough making my brow twitch because to be honest you lack the great content that many youtubers here provide. A lot of people here have been doing this a lot longer than you and have done it by producing orgasmic content. Even the new comers like myself are dedicating ourselves to just doing this through the passion of gaming. None of us here are putting the money, or the "fame" first, we are putting the fans, the people who spend their days watching us just playing video games first and that is what being a youtuber is about. You need to drop the idea that you are somehow going to become some kind of youtube god, rolling around in digital cash flow and go out there and entertain people to gain that reward.

As I said make content and stop sponging off people's fame. For now you are just a cocky wannabe looking for a quick path to fame. Ain't going to work busta.

Also why would you delete this thread? Because you can't take on the responsibility of mistakes you have done in the past? As a great detective once said. You can't kill a person and hide their body forever, the crime will always follow you whever you go.

First of all the things i underlined... Seriously? Don't try to use pewdiepie as an example of yourself. Everyone is different and if you use him as a template then you are doing it wrong. I have 11 subscribers... and i'm so pround of it. I got them by uploading ME being ME. I'm not lying i love pewds and he INSPIRED me. There is the biggest difference in INSPIRATION and using him to show what you want to be. You need to upload for fun not for fame. Fame would be awesome. And if i could grab a hold of fame i would don't get me wrong. Having youtube as a career would be epic but don't go for instant gratification. Put out original content and for once... be modest. If i had 3k subscribers that actually watched my views i would try to make them happy not nonchalantly gloat. And yes in youtube (much like real life) the famous get more famous and the richer get richer. But do you think pewdiepie started with fame? NO. he put out original content and was true to himself.
