Hi! As the question says i wonder: How do i become a moderator or an administrator? Does Pewdiepie decide who becomes a moderator/administrator or does someone else decide that? In that case who?

Without any english skills, being a moderator would surely be hard. But i think the majority of the Bro's are fluent in english.
