YouTube: Avatar doesn't show in comments

Hi!

I realised something on YouTube: when I reply to a comment on one of my vids or put a comment anywhere, I have the YouTube no-avatar pic instead of my own one. Is there something wrong with mine so that it doesn't display correctly with the comments? O_o

How long did you had that avatar because it need sometime to appear in comments.I also have profile and avatar so i know what are you going through but just wait it will appear otherwise I'm sorry.

I do not really understand the idea with having an avatar while I am writing a comment, but it does not show when I post the comment.

Its stupid because its all about youtube and waiting.U just have to wait thats how i got my avatar displayed when writing a comment.

I would say to just ignore it , its not a major feature or what so ever.

Just ignore it. Its not a big problem. People don't look at the pictures much anyway.

I know it's not a big problem of course, it doesn't prevent me to sleep at night don't worry x') I would just like to understand why some people have them and others don't. I have the same avatar since the creation of my channel so it's more than 2 months now. If it's just YouTube being a bitch, I'm going to live with that
