Also I have a feeling the Shoutbox would get destroyed if more people joined, would need to implement some kind of private group PM system.

Take into account that it might not be possible with the software we're using, although I don't know if it's possible or not.

Nah, higher rep people could go to lower rep rooms but not the other way around.

I'd rather prefeer we stay a smaller community, If there are 300.000 people here then the shoutbox would be un-readable, and I hope none of them are trolls....
