    • First things to do :

      - Keep a dream journal for atleast 2 weeks : Dream Journal is your personal diary where you record your dreams.

To do this, keep a notebook and a pen by your bed, and as soon as you wake up, note your dream. Because, if you delay, you might not remember your dream.

      - Do reality checks every now and them : Reality Checking means you checking if you're in a dream or in real life.

To do this, try to do stuff that normally happens in a dream.

      Like:
==Flying : Jump. If you come back down, you know you're not in a dream.
==Read something : In dreams, text is fuzzed up. When you look at a text, look away and then look at it again, it'll be changed.
==Flip a switch : In dreams, electric switches don't work. So, try turning your light switch on and off.

At random times of the day, or at given times, do those checks for 2 weeks at minimum.

After you do those, THEN try to get into a Lucid Dream. :3
    • If you have no dreams, how do you expect to get into a dream and make it lucid?

Lucid Dreaming means realizing that you're in a dream. I.E, you're dreaming, and suddenly something in a dream[1] makes you realize that you're in a dream, and then you are able to 'wake up' in the dream. So that you can control stuff, raep cactuses, and do shit you want.

[1] Here is the use of Reality Checking

      --

No dreams = No Lucid Dreams.

You'll have a dream EVERY night. You just forget them. That's why you need to record your dreams first thing in the morning.
    • Well, then, you should work on that.

Without remembering dreams, you'll not be able to Lucidify your dreams.

How would you tell dreams from reality if you don't recall dreams?

You might say : "PFFT NOOB. I know that I can fly in dreams but not for real" Well, that wouldn't work. You wouldn't have any control.
    • Most of my dreams are pretty much nightmares, or really weird. I dreamt of being a student in Japan, and it was nighttime. I don't know why I was even there, but I was sitting at my desk and I had a flashlight in my hand. I got up and walked around. Really was about to pee my fucking pants, because I saw this long hair girl with the school uniform same as mine. She smiled really big and her teeth is big and sharp. Her eyes were all black, and she was slowly moving towards me. I ran inside the classroom and slide the door close. Turned around and she was right in front of my face. That was it. Sounds like a typical Japanese horror movie. LOL. I also get these weird dreams of being chased by tornadoes. It happened more than once.

      this time it was...

Not sure if I would like it or not.

Anyway I had on of the most random dreams I ever had , like the whole thing didn't make sense... Every door I opened lead to something else and everything was morphing like hell , from a normal dream to a nightmare and visa versa etc. , after I woke up I thought I had sniffed coke or something.

    • I've got a weird dream.. i wake up in somekind of courtyard, not a common courtyard. I remember there's a sign that says "Welcome to the community" i guess. The floor looks like it made out of yarn and wool. Almost every little thing has a cat appearance.. Cat table, Cat car, kit cat, Cat ball. Almost everything.. And then a tall woman, suddenly appeared in the middle of the courtyard. Wearing a tophat and a sweater. Then i woke up. Confused.. Really confused..

If you're angry, don't break anybody's heart, they only have one..... Break their bones, they have 206 of them
    • I never dream.......

      Anyone know why?
I wanna cut you open, and see your colors run
I wanna play, I wanna have a friend to have some fun
Don't be afraid, don't cry, just give in
This is the last time I'll see you again
So come, relax, and sit still
You belong to me and you will
Keep quiet and look me in the eye,
Cause I wanna cut you, wanna cut, while you f**king die....
    • I have really vivid dreams.

For some reason, my nightmares usually include falling (despite the fact I was the only one who wasn't dropped as a baby) and I always wake up just before I hit the ground.

I once had I dream I was swimming in the middle of the ocean, after falling out of a crashing plane (again with the falling!) and I cut my finger on a piece of wreckage. A massive shark came and ripped my leg off. When I woke up, my leg was all tingly and I had actually sliced my finger open somehow (I still don't know how I managed).

Sometimes I dream things that turn out to actually happen the next day. This can range from a single event to an entire day. It has happened on numerous occasions and is both fascinating and odd. Perhaps I will study it later on...

Actually, you probably have 7 or 8 dreams every night, but you can't remember them in the morning. This happens to most people who can usually only remember part of one dream, if any. I hope this has been helpful

I recall 4-5 dreams every day. And yes, every one has 7-8 dreams every night.

It's just hard to remember them in the morning.
    • What makes it so hard to remember them? :S
I woke up this morning after a fairly normal dream (wasn't lucid) but I actually thought it was real and I was talking with the people that were in the room with me and then everything went quiet, they didn't move or talk and I was freaking out then my Dad shouted my name in my dream then it got louder and he was in my face XD I went to write down what we was talking about 5 minutes after waking up before realizing I couldn't remember a thing O.o
