The Deus Ex Series (brilliant story,brilliant music,fun gameplay,especially human revolution)
Mass Effect Series (brilliant story,again brilliant music,again fun gameplay,replayed it 3 times)
Modern Warfare Series (the singleplayer,due to it's nice story,very fun gameplay and epic music)
Portal 1-2
Warcraft 3
The Walking Dead (Dem feels man ;( ...probably the best out of all of these in my opinion)

Too much to list but one of my many favorite games of all time is (in no particular order):
TES V: Skyrim
Metal Gear Solid (1-4 + Peace Walker)
Battlefield 3 (I think I raged during multiplayer more than any other multiplayer game I've played)
Mass Effect (2 and 3, never played the first one )
Team Buddies (Best multiplayer game for the Playstation, I'm still hoping The Playstation Network will one day have it on the PS Store)
Kingdom Hearts
Final Fantasy VII ( I don't know how many times I've replayed this game)
Harvest Moon: Back to Nature (I underestimated this game. Games don't have to have violence in order for it to be fun.)

Well here goes:
1) Xenogears/Saga (all together)
2) Okami
3) Metal Gear Solid 3

These are my top 3 but there are many other games that come so close to these. Argh what a hard thing to do!

As few before me TESIV: Skyrim. Few days back Amazon named in the game of current-gen and it couldn't be other way - simply stunning game with deep world, great audio-video and good mechanic. I've bought Complete Edition by Steam network marketing one week back and just started my way to Dragonborn...another huge hours of great gamming

But most of games listed here are very close to it
