      Letting her lead the kiss is a good way to start, don't try open mouth or tongue until she does or at least get comfortable closed-mouth kissing before suggesting it...
      I once just went in for the kill once at school behind the bike shed at lunch time XD Never seen such a disgusted look on a girl's face in my life... it was like "YOU USED TONGUE!?!? WITHOUT ASKING!?!" pffft... I miss being young :')

      D: you are? :L I know that feel, I used to be in a long-distance relationship with my best friend but now we are just friends :)

      well I wish my first kiss was with my best friend but that didnt happen :/

      instead my first kiss was with this guy I know. Since, I get easily scared in public with him because I jumped when I saw a parent with a child walking past.

      So we hung out at the old squash room where nobody else goes to so yeah :P

      Then there's where I got my first kiss

      I had been on the same class with this girl for 4 years already and we we're always very good friends.
      One time we just talked a lot and somehow got to the point of being boyfriend and girlfriend.
      After a while, we went on our first date to watch a movie. The theater was completely empty. There was just me and her.
      At the end of the movie, the couple in it kissed. We were sitting there kind of awkwardly when she suddenly turned around and leaned to kiss me. It was great but very awkward at the same time.
      Meh.

      Went a LOT better than the last time I went to cinema... there was two naked kissing scenes in the film we saw and I looked at her slyly during each one XD but she didn't even look at me AND she had to leave early so I watched the ending... sat there... by myself... wondering why, oh why I always pick the crazy or mentally traumatized ones :') The full story is in the blog section on my profile if you want to read the full story... it's kind of funny now that I look back :p

    • My first kiss... well I've actually kissed quite a few girls in my lifetime (which isn't really that long a time... but shut up I'm telling a story) but I didn't really classify any of them as my first kiss, because although I liked the people at the time there wasn't really much 'romance' or anything like that.

      So my first real kiss (or what I classify as my first kiss) was actually only a few months ago, it was starting to get dark and she was already half an hour late to get home, we decided to walk down an alley as a short cut as it cut across what would of been a full circle around several buildings, (I was her first boyfriend so I guess naturally she was pretty shy, which she'd hate me for saying, was pretty cute ;) ) as we got to the end of the alley we stopped (not sure why really xD) and hugged for a while just standing there talking , and I rested my head on her head and she was nervously standing there, eventually she looked up at me and we kissed, 'twas a good feeling nothing more to say really except for that :P

      And yeah, we're still together.. :)

      I suppose I'm in the same boat as you (kissed 8 girls in my life) but my first was my only meaningful one, others were drunken kisses, dares, mistakes, etc. You know... I've learnt my lesson anyway :p

    • lol my first kiss wasn't romantic at all. I was 13 years old, I was at this party and I kissed with this guy I did not even know. I really regret it because I always wanted my first kiss to be romantic and all. But oh well, I can't turn it back, and after all, he was pretty handsome.

    • I have a terrible story to tell you... (Not really no kissing involved)
      Well I am a short guy, about 155 centimeters tall or short, whatever you prefer. SO I have no chance of getting a girlfriend at this point.
      All I get is (even from the prettiest girls): "You are so cute and I love to tell you about my problems with boys etc!" I always try to please them by listening and saying something.
      As you might already see:

      I AM JUST A FRIEND TO ALL THE GIRLS IN MY CLASS, WHOLE SCHOOL AND EVERY GIRL IN EXISTENCE!
      Shortly: I am friendzoned in all possible forms. Well dammit.

    • I was 16 years old and I was in the back of the limo on my way to jr prom. I had been dating this guy I met in Drivers Ed (oh so young) and we both knew that we were gonna kiss that night. So we got off the free way and we both look at each and we leaned in to kiss and the limo moved and we bonked heads. We laughed nervously then I leaned in and kissed him.

      It was sweet...but the rest of the night was followed by a lot of making out which was awkward considering I was in the limo with my older brother and his prom date (who is still a very good friend of mine!)

      But yes good first kiss :)

    • So... it's around 11 P.m. New year's eve. thing was goin pretty normal. We were resting our feet on a wet bench. Chit-chating when someone started to launch the first firework. as time passed, the whole park gazed to the sky to watch those amazing firework. It's noisy and peaceful at the same time. And then she poked my shoulder. I turn my head and... ghosh... those lips are facing at me, glamurously. I closed my eyes. dragging my head towards her lips....

      And then i woke up...

      Shit....
