So, I just noticed I could make custom thumbnails. Which I have no idea to do. Is there a website or one of you bros that can teach me how to make them?

You can make them the same way as any avatar/signature, I guess. You need a picture editing program, and imagination

Just get photoshop or gimp, they're both good programs to make avatars / thumbnails etc.

I suggest to get GIMP since it is free... only you have to deal with the silly name xD

I am doing custom thumbnails in 1920x1080. The thumbnails resolution should be the same as videos is. There is alot of tutorials here is one for example: youtube.com/watch?v=EGbB1Gmbzd0
Gimp should be REALLY easy to use I learned to use it pretty fast so. I'll suggest using my or RunescapeHullFanatic Height and width settings

Photoshop and GIMP are great. My girlfriend showed me how do them in Picasa. That program is pretty user friendly and free.

The settings I used, I'm sure as hell I saw them officially listen on youtube somewhere
But I guess, yeah, whatever works and whatever'll look best for what you want -
