  • Help stop PETA from destroying Pokemon!

    It's been a while since we've had some fun. PETA has recently made a Fake Pokemon game attacking the Pokemon franchise for Promoting animal abuse. I think it would be HILARIOUS if Nintendo were to sue PETA and turn this into a Hilarious public court spectacle, mainly because PETA are scum of the earth who are waging Genocide against feral domesticated animals. So Here's how we can all help each other create great lulz. If ya want to help, after you send the email share this with your friends or on your pages to get the word out.

    Nintendo's copyright policy states that none of their material or content may be used in connection with any other web site, in any publications, in public performances, in connection with any product or service that is not Nintendo's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, in any manner that disparages or discredits Nintendo, or in any manner that is otherwise exploitative for any commercial p
    urpose or that otherwise infringes Nintendo's intellectual property rights.

    So what? Well now, of course, We're getting PETA Report -___-

    Dear Nintendo of America;

    I was recently linked to an online Pokemon game by a friend, only to discover that it was a fake Pokemon game created by PETA and hosted on their website at features.peta.org/pokemon-black-and-white-parody/ , which disparages the Pokemon franchise as exploitative and promoting animal abuse. The game uses characters, Pokemon, moves, and game design taken from real Pokemon games and the web page resembles Nintendo's Pokemon-related websites. I am writing to suggest that Nintendo take action to protect its intellectual property and help prevent confusion among future customers of the Pokemon franchise who are misled into playing this awful and gruesome game.

  • This is just a parody. I wouldn't take it so seriously. I'm pretty sure they don't hate Pokemon and are just parodying it. Like, what would happen if Pokemon was more realistic? And it's not like they are making money off this, are they?

    And this game was extremely cute. <3

    And I'm pretty sure they are just doing this to make younger kids aware of animal abuse, not make them hate Pokemon...

    You wouldn't take it seriously , but nintendo does.

    They put down multiple game sites involving pokemon and even a pokemon mmo game which was totally non-profit. etc.

    Also this act of Peta could harm sells... and as a company you don't want to lose customers , do you?

    I understand how Nintendo works...
    But I don't think fans of Pokemon should be concerned, since it's a "parody".

    xD But yeah, I get that Kneesocks.

    Wow you guys are doing exactly what Peta wanted you to do and are helping them out... spread the word more, help them more!

    lol'd.

    @OP

    yeah, been some rather big debates about this around places like deviantART and Facebook. I'm pretty darn sure PETA is going to take a rather tough hit for this one... I remember the last time some kids put together a Pokemon hate game, was around 2005ish I believe. Their site was down within a month and they quit their game making careers :P

    Check me out (or not): YouTube , deviantART , Useless Webpage .
  • I got a reply today:

    Hello Zachary,

    Thank you for bringing this incident to our attention. Nintendo takes the inappropriate use of its products and intellectual property seriously. Nintendo is not affiliated with PETA or with the game they have created and in this case we will be taking action against PETA.

    For the latest news and information on upcoming Nintendo products, please keep an eye on our website (nintendo.com).

    Sincerely,
