Cartoon Figures: I want like a cartoon blue pyro from TF2 somewhere in the middle

Text: At the top in ice letters I would like Noj Games

P.S. does anyone know the best way of decreasing the file size without resizing it, cause if I resize it it won't fit, but the file is way to big to upload to youtube
