So I am just playing some games and noticed that my volume was retardly high (and with high I mean that I can use my frikking headphones as darn speakers...) for no reason and the bass was almost completely gone. I thought it was my headphones first , so I tried it at my phone and it still worked like a charm. So I'm wondering if someone else here ever had the problem before , but more importantly , how to solve it.

Also noticed that the default sound driver is gone for a weird reason? (you know that speaker thingy?)

EDIT : Reinstalling the drivers didn't work. still same result.
EDIT : Found a temporary fix by setting the "front" speaker setting lower , still having the problem with the bass though.

Windows 7 Home Premium , no new drivers installed. tried system restore , can still use my headphones as speakers ._.

2 days ago , restored to 3 days ago :V

Its either my driver goofing or my soundcard being raped.
