I'm pretty sure you can upload yourself playing games, as long as you write down for example in the describtion that the game isnt yours and then who's game it is. I mean, thousands, maybe millions of people post videos of themselves gaming on youtube and i haven't heard much about copyright claims on them. It's different with songs tho xD
