i originally wanted a graphics card that would smooth out my pc's performance, freeing up the cpu usage and ram that is being used up as virtual graphics memory, screen recording is a recent idea of mine but not essential. It's a Dell Optiplex 760 (small form factor) i would say it's about 4 years old maybe 5 at most. It's capable of recording smoothly with BB Flashback Express but as soon as it loads up Black Mesa Source the recording goes blank, tried every setting but nothing has worked so i guess i either need to get a graphics card or give up. FPS, serious fan of Half Life, not sure if Deus Ex: HR can be counted as fps seems most of the combat is done with your back pressed to a wall with a third person rear view so i guess i like third person shooters aswell with also being a big fan of Splinter Cell Conviction
