Go for GameStop if possible you could find an used one for a console (ONLY if you have a HD Pvr for console recording though). I don't know about the pc because they are trying to decrease piracy so there will be serial keys and stuff. And offcourse if you find a brand new from there take it. Otherwise I recommend for steam because of all the sales and stuff

I am doing custom thumbnails in 1920x1080. The thumbnails resolution should be the same as videos is. There is alot of tutorials here is one for example: youtube.com/watch?v=EGbB1Gmbzd0 Gimp should be REALLY easy to use I learned to use it pretty fast so. I'll suggest using my or RunescapeHullFanatic Height and width settings
