No, I meant the chat during horror week. Chat was spammed like hell so slow mode had to go on, and then there were "live raids" from some butthurts that got banned from 4ppchat. 1K views during horror week because almost everyone wanted to see Brad revists Ju-On. Then they did slender, system shock 2, afraid of monsters, etc. He still hasn't finished cry of fear, god damnit.

I understand for the simplicity, and know MySQL is annoying. But without having to go deeper into other languages, can't you add the ability to time out members from using the shoutbox? Just curious as a PAWN programmer.
