Try it on another PC, if it doesn't work, it's the webcam itself that is broken, likely wire frays, it happens a lot to webcams.

Is the webcam working with another computer? It may well just be that the webcam itself has broken.

I think you have the exact same laptop I had about 3 years ago. The screen backlighting broke on it, it overheated constantly, and was generally crap. Yeah, get a desktop, friend.

That GPU should be fine. It's mostly personal preference when it comes to newer GPU's.

Honestly dude, if you can't draw, drop the whole manga idea for now and work on your art. Trying to draw a manga when you can't draw the characters is like being illiterate and trying to write a book. Really, all you can do to improve is just draw every day, use tutorials, maybe even try copying other work without tracing it. THIS is what I used to learn to draw years and years ago. Good luck!

For pure gaming, you should be set with that, maybe look into upgrading the graphics card, but that's mostly down to preference. Other than that, looks pretty prime. I'd say 6.8/10.

Intel HD Graphics are awful for anything ever. So like Dano said, you'd be able to handle very little, especially with only 4GB RAM.

Got my Razer Kraken Pro's and I love them. But if you don't really need high quality, I always had Microsoft Lifechat LX-3000's. Really cheap, really long lasting. Turtle beaches have a tendancy to break, and these are around the same price. (USB only, which is better if you're just using it to chat) Hope this helps!

Moved to appropriate section. Also "PC" is not OS, you mean Windows. A PC can quite happily run Linux or even SteamOS. My answer? Windows. It's more functional for my needs. Gaming on Mac can be quite a pain in the arse.

Good god do not buy alienware. You're paying for a fancy case and that little alien logo. The price for that being about $1000. If you must buy prebuilt, go for Samsung or Asus. (Two brand's I've never have problems with, I use laptops due to no room too.) Dell-Built to break, unless you know how to maintain them very well. Acer-Cheapcheapcheap parts, very overpriced for what you get. Lenovo-Anything to low-mid is cheap, anything past that is expensive. Hope this helps
